Shopping Online

Q: I am having difficulty ordering online. What can I do?
A: Either phone, or email your order and we can assist you.

Q: I don’t have a credit card. What other options can I use for payment?
A: Electronic transfer, Direct Deposit, Cash, or Paypal Order, simply contact us via email sales@customtruck4wd.com.au to organize alternative payment. We will contact you via email or telephone to organize the completion of your order.

Q: Do I have to pay GST? (Australian Goods & Services Tax)
A: All products/goods sold in Australia are subject to GST, which is included in quoted prices.

Q: Can I exchange/refund items?
A: Provided the goods have not been fitted or altered and are with the original packaging, they can be exchanged or refunded, but a restocking fee applies.

Sizing

Q: How do I work out the size of my truck bed?
A: Measure from the inside of the bulkhead to the inside of the tailgate.

Q: How do I work out the size of my wheels?
A: Measure from the point the tyre mounts onto the rim to the opposite side of the wheel.

Q: How do I measure the stud pattern of my wheels?
A: Measure the imaginary circle diameter which passes through the centre of the wheel studs and note the number of the studs.

Q: Can I exchange/refund items?
A: Provided the goods have not been fitted or altered and are with the original packaging, they can be exchanged or refunded, but a restocking fee applies.

Delivery

Q: When can I expect delivery of my order?
A: Depending on location within Australia, most places delivery will be within 3-4 days. Email confirmation of Delivery will advise you, when dispatched.

Q: Do I have to pay import duty/customs taxes?
A: No, these taxes have been paid and are included in the prices quoted.

Warranty

Q: Are my goods covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty?
A: Yes, provided the goods are returned to us and have not been tampered with, and also complies with the Manufacturers conditions.
